John Younger

CEO & Mojo Master, Hiremojo

John has been featured as a keynote and supporting speaker across the world and is often asked to bring his individual, compelling perspectives on big data, growing companies, being an entrepreneur, team-building, recruiting/hiring and creating a great place to work in the information-age.

His personable, yet richly compelling way of presenting and his unique message can give any audience an enjoyable, valuable experience.

His current focus with HireMojo is delivering a Hiring Automation Platform™ that addresses the social issue of having millions of jobs go unfilled for too long.  In the United States today there are over 5 million open jobs, with roughly half of them open 90 days or longer.  This is a profound social issue that, when improved, will positively change the lives of the people filling them and the success of the companies with the openings.

Prior to HireMojo, he founded and grew Accolo, a recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) company, to be the 42nd fastest growing company in America.  Before Accolo, he founded y/net and sold it 11 months later to TriNet, a Professional Employer Organization (PEO).

From 1987 to 1994, John was the Vice President of Human Resources for Bank of America where he led technical recruitment for an organization of 16,000 people. John earned a degree from Notre Dame and is a former member of the Unites States National (Olympic) Rowing Team.

He can be found heading an effort to make the Marin Rowing Association’s boathouse the first 100% solar powered facility of its kind in the United States, volunteering at his son’s school or with his HireMojo crew thinking up even better ways to make hiring great people significantly easier for all of us.
